Learn how to develop a positive view of yourself and develop an inner confidence by learning to change the way you view yourself and those around you.
Taming the Wild Elephant of our Mind - Week of Mar 19 to week of Apr 9
We try to control our external conditions but by learning to tame our uncontrolled mind a peaceful world will arise for us.
