These weekly drop-in classes offer guided meditation as well as introductory teachings on Buddhism. Each class is self-contained, so you can come along on any week.

Developing Self Esteem through Meditation - Week of Feb 20 to week of Mar 12
Learn how to develop a positive view of yourself and develop an inner confidence by learning to change the way you view yourself and those around you.
Taming the Wild Elephant of our Mind - Week of Mar 19 to week of Apr 9
We try to control our external conditions but by learning to tame our uncontrolled mind a peaceful world will arise for us.
Everyone is welcome, no need to book.
